We are continually talking to investors and owners about investment properties and strategies. We will use this blog to allow all our viewers to pick up on conversations to maximize their investment real estate.  We discuss apartments and apartment management; Retail, Office and Triple-Net (NNN) properties; tax-deferred 1031 exchanges; how different property types and locations can benefit the investor.  There are 2 main categories of strategies, Appreciation and Cash Flow.  For example Santa Clara County has very high appreciation, but no Cash Flow; on the other side Midwest properties have almost no appreciation, but great cash flow.  We can assist you in determining what works best for you.  Please give us a call.</p>
